摘要
选择3种生物素标记的凝集素:麦胚凝集素(WGA)、伴刀豆凝集素(ConA)、花生凝集素(PNA),采用ABC组织化学法对正常人发育视网膜中糖结合物的分布进行研究。结果:WGA对视网膜的各层组织都有染色;ConA染色则位于视锥视杆层、外颗粒层、内网状层及视神经节细胞层和神经纤维层内,PNA主要亲和视网膜的视锥视杆层染色阳性,在节细胞层和神经纤维层内也有较弱染色。结论:在人正常发育视网膜中存在凝集素受体,它与人视膜网的发育、视觉功能的建立和维持有关。
To study glycoconjugates distributions in developing retina of human, developing retinas of human were studied with lectin-binding histochemistry usded biotin-couple WGA、 ConA、 PNA. WGA stained all the layers of retinas; ConA stained outer and inter segmants of photoreceptors, inter plexiform, outer nuclears, ganlion cell, nerve fiber layers; PNA stained mainly outer segment of photoreceptor while ganlion cell layers were weakly reactive. There are lectin receptors in normal developing retina of human. They are glycoconjuates which contain α-mannose、 α-glucose、 N-acetyl-D-glucosamine、 galacotose-N-acetylgalacotosamine、 galacotose and are related to formation of visual function.
