摘要
气动涡轮钻具涡轮副的设计包括强度结构设计和气动力计算2个方面,而气动力计算则在于合理设计涡轮副的气流通道。轮周效率只考虑定子、转子流道中的损失、余速损失,较明显地反映了流道中气流角度与涡轮效率的关系。运用鲍威尔法对其参数进行了优化设计,为了避免"退化现象",又提出修正算法,克服了退化不利的情形,能有效地收敛于无约束条件。应用实例表明,该优化方法可在涡轮副叶栅的初始设计中合理选择多个变量值,保证和提高了涡轮副的效率。
The design of turbine pair of pneumatic turbine drill includes the design of strength structure and pneumatic force calculation, but the latter lies in the reasonable design of pneumatic channel of turbine pair. The crown efficiency only considers the loss in the channel of stator and rotor and the residual speed loss, clearly showing the relationship between the pneumatic angle and turbine efficiency. The parameters are optimized by Powell method. In order to prevent the occurrence of 'retrogress phenomenon', the revision calculation method is put forward to overcome the retrogress condition. The case history shows that multiple variation values can be chosen in the initial design of turbine pair's blade by means of the optimization method, ensuring and improving the efficiency of turbine pair.
