摘要
本文是茶文化专业教育的个案研究,阐述了茶文化学作为一个新兴的交叉学科,具备产业需求、学术发展、教育背景等社会动因,并通过对浙江树人大学茶文化专业第一届毕业生的教育实践分析,证明了专业教育的服务方向和课程体系设计的有效性,探索了茶文化学自有的学术视角和学科归属问题。
The paper is a case study of the professional education of tea culture, and expounds the social motivation in industrial demand, academic development and educational background that tea cuhurology possesses as a new-born interdisciplinary course. Based on the analysis of the educational practice of the first tea culture major graduates of Zhejiang Shuren University, it proves the effectiveness of the service orientation and curriculum system design of the professional education, and discusses the inherent academic approach of tea cuhurology and the problem of which it belongs to.
