摘要
目前,电流源逆变器电机调速系统已经广泛应用于中、大功率的电力传动领域,但它存在固有的缺陷,如:只能升压,而不能降压;输入侧功率因数偏低等。提出了一种新型的电机调速系统电流型阻抗源逆变器电机调速系统,介绍了其电路拓扑、工作原理、控制方法等,给出了相应的仿真和实验结果。仿真和实验证实了该电路拓扑的合理性和优越性。
Current-source inverter-fed ASDs is widely used in medium and high power electric drive field now, but it has inherent limitations, such as its obtainable output voltage is limited quite greater than the input line voltage, input side power factor is low, etc. A novel adjustable speed drive system - current mode Z- source inverter-fed ASDs was proposed,introduced its circuit topology, operating principle and control method, and gave corresponding simulation and experimental results. Simulation and experimental results verify its rationality and superiority.
