摘要
本文从林业外资规模、利用外资形式、外资流向结构、利用外资的地区布局，以及利用外资应注意的问题等方面论述了林业利用外资的战略与对策，同时探讨林业利用外资的有效形式与途径，以促使中国林业经济的高效发展。
Strategies and countermesures for utilization of foreign fund in forestry were described on scale, form, structure, distribution and problems. Meantime, effective form and way toutilize foreign fund was discussed to promote development of Chinese forestry economy.
