摘要
糖尿病胃轻瘫是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,患者常因反复发作而影响生活质量。本文对近年来中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的诊治进展进行了综述,认为该病发生的病因与自主神经及内在神经病变、胃肠道运动、胃肠激素异常、幽门螺旋杆菌感染以及Cajal间质细胞数目减少等因素有关。指出糖尿病胃轻瘫的诊断条件,并对近年应用中医药辨证分型以及针灸等中西结合治疗该病的方法,与单纯西医药治疗组进行疗效对照得出结论:中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效优于单纯西医治疗,有显著疗效,值得进一步探索。
Diabetic gastroparesis（DGP） is the common chronic complication of diabetes, of which the repeated attacks often affect the quality of life of patlents.Thls article reviews therapeutic and diagnositic progresses of DGP in combination of TCM with western medicine, which showed that the etiology is related to neuropathy of autonomic nerve and inemal nerve, movement of gastrointestinal tract, gut hormone abnor-mality, infection of helicobacter pylori, decreased Cajal mesenchymal cell in number and so on. This article also puts forward the diagnostic condition of DGP and drew the conclusion by comparing the therapeutic results between method of combination of TCM with western medicine including its dialectic-typing and acupuncture and methods using western medicine only. The therapeutic result of integrative medicine is better than that of western medicine only,of which the obvious efficacy needs further exploring.
