摘要
目的探讨宫缩乏力性产后出血的方便快捷的止血的新方法。方法回顾性分析三年来我院妇产科用双氧水宫腔内擦洗产后因宫缩乏力性子宫出血病例43例。结果43例因宫缩乏力性产后出血病例100％达到迅速、快捷、有效止血的效果。结论双氧水局部宫腔擦洗是有效治疗宫缩乏力性产后子宫出血的方便快捷的好方法。
Objective Summing up hydrogen peroxide solution of using way Hydrogen solution is conient and fast new method to stop bleeding fast to palace of postpartum shrinks and lacks of pouerto bleed. Methods Look back the analysis of 43 cases about my institute obstetrics dcpartment for 3 years. Hydrogen peroxide solution is cleaned postpartum palace that shrinks and lacks of power hydrogen peroxide solution can readh fast effectively to stop bleeding. Results 43 cases are the postpartum bleeding because palace shrinks and lacks of power hydrogen peroxide solution can reach fast effectively to stop bleeding. Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide solution is cleaned in thd canity of local palace, it can prevent effectively postpartum palace bleeding by shrinking and lacking of power. This is a good convenience method to stop bleeding fast.
