摘要
阐述了气体绝缘开关装置(GIS)中隔离开关操作所产生的特快速瞬变过程(VFT),分析了快速暂态过电压(VFTO)形成的机理、特性及其对GIS本身和相连的电力变压器可能带来的危害.讨论了变压器入口电容、母线残余电荷以及支撑绝缘子的参数变化对快速暂态过电压幅值的影响,并给出了VFTO的变化规律.探究了VFTO下电力变压器的模型及不同变压器模型对GIS内部元件处VFTO数值的影响,指出了影响VFTO数值的关键因素是变压器的等值入口电容值.
This paper presents the analysis of very fast transient over-voltage (VFTO) in GIS generated by disconnected switch operation. The origin mechanism, classification and characteristics of VFT and the VFTO effects on various GIS components and high voltage equipment in power system are given. The VFTO in GIS generated by disconnected switch operation is also discussed. When the parameters of transformer' s entrance capacitance and bus' s remain charge as well as support insulator are endowed with different value, the influence on the wave shape and the change rules of VFTO is discussed. This paper explores the model of power transformer in VFTO, and the impact that different transformer model of the internal components in GIS. The need for further research on VFT phenomenon and the need of increasing use of condition monitoring technique leading to further improvement in reliability of GIS are also proposed.
