摘要
气流干燥器是谷朊粉生产广泛应用干燥装置。由于过程复杂,采用以往设计计算方法即整体平均法及试差法,前者计算结果误差大,后者过于繁复。介绍一种利用气固两相流动有关理论及有关传热研究试验结果,建立过程数学模型,对气流干燥管进行分段,分区间逐次计算方法,其计算结果与实际情况吻合较好,并通过对直管与脉冲管的计算结果分析其优缺点,可以用于工程计算。
The air current water extractor is gluten flour produces the widespread application drying apparatus. Because the process is complex, used formerly the design calculation method namely overall method of average and tries the method of difference, the former computed result error was big, the latter too complicated. This article introduced one kind of use was mad - the solid two-phase flow related theory and the related heat transfer research trial result, establishes the process mathematical model, carries on the partition to the air current drying bulb, the district the gradually computational method, its computed result and the actual situation tally well, and through analyzes its good and bad points to the ascending pipe and the pulse tube computed result, may use in the engineering calculation.
