摘要
采用双氧水/活化剂对涤棉织物退浆,通过正交试验初步分析了双氧水、活化剂用量、退浆温度、时间及pH值对涤棉织物退浆率、退浆残液中PVA降解率、织物白度和强力的影响。结果表明,较合适的退浆工艺为:双氧水4 mL/L,活化剂ZSU7.5 g/L,温度100℃,时间20 min,pH值5。双氧水/活化剂退浆方法与传统方法相比,其退浆残液中PVA降解率大大提高,并且退浆残液近中性,可以减轻退浆后的水洗负担,有利于实现前处理的清洁化生产。
Hydrogen peroxide/activator was used to desizing process of polyester/cotton fabric. Through orthogonal experiment, effects of concentrations of H2O2 and activator, desizing temperature and time, as well as pH value of desizing liquor on size removal, PVA degradation, whiteness and strength of blended fabric were discussed. The results showed that optimal desizing conditions were H2O2 4 mL/L, activator ZSU 7.5 g/L,desizing at 100℃ for 20 minutes, and pH value 5. Compared with the other traditional methods, hydrogen peroxide/activator desizing process could impart cotton/polyester blended fabric higher size removal, lower loss in strength, as well as better whiteness, meanwhile, as the residual desizing liquor was proximal to neutral, burden on washing was greatly lessened.
