Preparation and magnetic property of polyaniline containing carbon nanotubes and Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4

摘要 利用原位聚合法制备纳米电磁复合材料聚苯胺包覆碳纳米管(MWNT)/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4.采用XRD、TEM、HRTEM、FTIR、TG—DSC和VSM等方法对复合材料进行表征,XRD结果表明,聚苯胺、碳纳米管和Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4共存于复合材料;TEM结果表明,PAn包覆在MWNT/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4外表面,包覆厚度为15~30nm;TG—DSC及磁性研究表明,复合材料的矫顽力为21687.02A/m,饱和磁化强度为2.27T,是一种具有较好磁性能的软磁材料. A novel electromagnetic nanocomposite of Polyaniline (PAn) containing multilwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) and Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 was synthesized by an in-situ polymerization method. Coated MWNT with Ni0.5Zn0.5 Fe2O4 nanoparticles by chemical precipitation-hydrothermal process, the PAn containing MWNT/Ni0.5 Zn0.5 Fe2O4 was then synthesized. The composite was characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM and FTIR. The results of XRD confirmed that PAn, MWNT and Ni0.5 Zn0.5 Fe2O4 coexisted in the composite. The results of TEM and HRTEM showed that the surface of the MWNT/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 was coated by PAn . And PAn was detected in the composite according to the results of FTIR. Test of magnetic properties indicated that the composite was ferromagnetism with the saturated magnetization of 2.27 T and the coercive of 21 687.02 A/m, which is a soft magnetic material with good magnetic property.
