摘要
医患关系是指在医疗活动中,医疗机构及其医护人员与患者和家属形成的一种特殊的人际关系,至少包括技术层面、法律层面、道德层面和社会层面四方面的内涵。随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的价值观念、道德观念发生了很大变化,医患关系日益成为医疗活动中的一对主要矛盾体。医患矛盾已经成为社会关注的一个焦点,甚至影响到医院整体水平的提升。如何改善这种关系,必须从政府、社会、医方、患方多管齐下,共同努力才能收到成效。
Poctor-patient relationship is the special interpersonal relation in medical institution, medical staff, patient and their family member in curative activity. It includes four aspects connotation of technique,law, morality, and society. With the development of social economic, there is a geat change of people＇s concept of value and morality. Poctor-patient relationship is becoming the major contrary increasingly. The contrary of physician-patient relationship has became the focus of social concern, and it even effect the upgrade of whole level of hospital. How to improve the relationship need effort from government,society,physician and patient to have betler effect.
