摘要
基于 PIC 单片机内置的以太网模块,本文设计了可以实现 RS485、CAN 总线与工业以太网之间数据交换的矿用综合接入网关。介绍了网关的本安电路设计,设计了网关的协议数据单元,通过有限状态机在单片机上实现多任务协同处理,保证了数据传输的实时性。
Based on the Ethernet module embedded in the PIC single chip, a system is designed to exchange the data among the serial-com, the CAN-bus and the Ethernet. The ultimate-safety circuit of the gateway is introduced. The protocol data unit is regulated and the real-time transportation of the data can be guaranteed by cooperative-task process utilizing the finite state machine on single chip machine（SCM）.
