摘要
从工作流程出发,介绍了料位实时过程监控系统的硬件结构组成与实现、信号的采集与控制,采用 PLC 实现信号的采集与控制,采用 MCGS 组态软件实现上位机监控界面设计、实时数据库构造、设备驱动、脚本程序编写,实现对现场料位控制过程的自动监控。
Proceeding from production process flow, the paper introduces the hardware configuration form and implement of a real-time monitoring system for material level, date acquisition and control of the signals, Date acquisition and control of the signals based on PLC was realized, and based on configuration software MCGS, accomplishment the designing monitor and control interface of host-computer, constructing real-time database, driving equipments, writing script program were realized. By doing so, it can be realized the automation monitor and control of spot condition of material level.
