摘要
对４６例肾母细胞瘤病理切片进行组织学研究，参照ＮＷＴＳ标准，分为预后差的组织结构型（ＵＨ）３５例和预后好的组织结构型（ＦＨ）１１例。再对其进行临床病理分期，其中Ⅰ～Ⅱ期者２０例；Ⅲ～Ⅳ期者２６例。２年存活率，ＦＨ组为１００％，ＵＨ组为３４１％（Ｐ＜００１），Ⅰ～Ⅱ期ＦＨ组为１００％，ＵＨ组为７４７％（Ｐ＞００５），Ⅲ～Ⅳ期ＦＨ组为１００％，ＵＨ组为１９３％（Ｐ＜００１）。
Authors reviewed paraffin sections of 46 cases with Wilms' tumor.According to the NWTS 2 standard,all cases were classified into unfavourable histology (UH) and favourable histology (FH).The first group is 35 cases.The second one is 11 cases.According to NWTS 3 standard,there are 20 patients in Ⅰ～Ⅱ stages,26 cases in Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages survival rate of two years is 100% in FH and 34.1% in UH respectively
