摘要
现代城市规划的理论源于英国的产业革命。城市规划理论与实践是对工业化引起城市化的过程中所产生的问题的不断探索。如果说规划师们已经较熟悉工业化对城市所提出的要求,如用地布局、交通运输、环境、居住等,那么很显然对于"创意产业"对城市的要求则显得茫然、困惑。规划师为人们创造物质环境,必须要去体察生活,而为了营造精神环境,则不仅要体察生活,更要体味各种人的精神情感。
Originated from British industry revolution, modern urban planning theory and practice is a response to the many problems in the course of urbanization. However, we are fairly ignorant of the demands of creative industry as opposed to our familiarity with the demands of industrialization. Therefore, planners have to endeavor research on life and human feelings in creating physical space for creative industry.
