摘要
随着"建立节约型社会"战略目标的提出,教材的循环使用成为国民普遍关注的问题。我国高校图书馆以其所肩负的职责与使命,凭借自身的特有优势,应该率先成为推动教材循环使用的中坚力量。
Along with the establishment of ＂Building up Resources-Saving Society＇＇ strategic target,people pay close attention to teaching materials recycling which is a popular problem.With their own unique advantages,duties and missions,our university libraries should be the backbone of process of furthering teaching materials recycling.
