摘要
研究了以负载双金属PBM型为催化剂,通过二氧化碳(CO2),环氧丙烷(PO)与马来酸酐(MA)的三元开环共聚反应,得到一种三元共聚物聚碳酸亚丙酯马来酸酐(PPCMA)。用FT-IR1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、DSC、WAXD对PPCMA进行了表征。结果表明,成功地引入了马来酸酐单元,且共聚过程中不发生双键交联和构型转化。有效地提高了聚合物的特性粘数[η],玻璃化转变温度Tg以及热稳定性。
An aliphatic polycarbonate poly [ ( propylene oxide )-co-( carbon dioxide)-co-( Malelc anhydride) ] (PPCMA), was synthesized by the terpolymerization of carbon dioxide(CO2), propylene oxide(PO), and Maleic anhydride(MA), using a polymer supported bimetallic complex as catalyst. The copolymer was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DSC and WAXD. The results show that MA was insert into the backbone of poly [ (propylene oxide)-co-(carbon dioxide)] successfully. The viscosity and glass transition temperature of the copolymers are much higher than PPC.
