摘要
目的分析临床桩核冠修复失败的类型、原因及预防方法。方法收集54例桩核冠修复失败的病例，进行失败的原因分析。结果54例桩核冠修复失败的类型及数量有：桩核松脱23件（42．6％），桩折断10件（18．5％），牙龈炎9例（16．7％），牙根折断4例（7．4％），基牙根尖周炎3例（5．5％），冠脱位3例（5．5％），基牙松动2例（3．7％）。结论为了提高修复的成功率，口腔修复医生应选择最适合患者的桩核系统，制定完善的修复治疗计划，进行精密的义齿制作及临床操作。
Objective To analyse the causes of clinical failure in post crown cure. Methods Collecting 54 cases with failure in post crown cure to analyse the causes of failure. Result Among the 54 cases with failure in post crown cure, 28 cases were due to the post crown loosing or broken away（Si.9%）,16 cases with the broken post（29.6%）,5 cases with the root broken（9.3%）,5 cases with periapical periodontities（9.3%）.Conclusions The main causes of clinical failure in post crownare were loosing or broken away of post crown, broken post, broken root and periapical periodontitis.
