胰腺实性假乳头状瘤临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤（solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,SPT）是一种罕见的胰腺上皮性肿瘤，是一种生物学行为未定或具有交界性恶性潜能的胰腺肿瘤。该病名称较多，1996年WHO将其统一命名为胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤。SPT在组织病理学和临床表现上具有与其他胰腺肿瘤不同的特点。本研究通过回顾我院2006年～2007年诊治的5例患者资料,对SPT的临床特征进行分析和总结。
