摘要
目的对XE-2100血液分析仪测定网织红细胞的临床应用进行综合探讨。方法收集门诊体检与住院患者的血标本用XE-2100血液分析仪测定网织红细胞的几项指标:网织红细胞百分比(RET%),网织红细胞绝对值RET#,未成熟网织红细胞指数IRF,低荧光强度网织红细胞LFR%,中荧光强度网织红细胞MFR%,高荧光强度网织红细胞HFR%。结果正常健康人网织红细胞参数参考范围RET%为28.517 4%、RET%为0.831 7%、LER%为83.163%、MFR%为5.231 6%、HFR%为0.435 0%I、RF为5.321 1%。溶血性贫血(HA)、缺铁性贫血(IDA)、地中海贫血、慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者IRF分别为(7.3±4.1)%(、31.6±9.3)%、(3.0±0.4)%、(41.2±8.7)%;RET#分别为(48.8±58.1)%、(157.4±8.7)%、(59.0±23.0)%、(43.6±6.8)%。RET%分别为(1.4±0.55)%、(5.8±2.0)%、(1.34±0.48)%、(1.45±0.80)%。IDA患者除RET指标外,其他结果均明显低于正常健康人;溶血性贫血患者除LFR%的各项指标与正常健康人比显著增高,且各项参数均显著高于CRF患者;CRF患者HFR%与正常健康人比显著增高,LFR%显著减低;地中海贫血患者RET%和RET%均显著增高。结论XE-2100血液分析仪测定网织红细胞可以用于临床各种贫血性疾病的诊断。
Objective To approach the clinical application values of reticulocyte analysis by XE-2100 blood analyzer. Methods The indexes of reticulocytes, such as RET%, RET %, IRF, LFR %, MFR%, HFR% in blood samples were collected and analyzed. Results In health group,the parameters,including RET% ,RET% ,LER% ,MFR% ,HFR% and IRF was 28. 517 4% ,0. 831 7%, 83. 163 %, 5.231 6 % ,0. 435 0 % and 5.321 1%, respectively. Clinical patients, including HA, IDA, thalassemia and CRF, the IRF was (7.3±4.1)%,(31.6±9.3)%,(3.0±0.4)% and (41.2±8.7)%,respectively;the RET% was (48.8±58.1)%,(157.4± 8. 7)% ,(59.0±23.0) %,(43.6±6.8)%,respectively;the RET% was (1.4±0.55) %,(5.8±2.0)%,(1.34±0.48) %,(1.45±0. 80)% ,respectively. The indexes of IDA except RET% were lower than that of the health group. The indexes of HA increased except LFR%. The HFR% of CRF was higher than that of health group and the LFR% was lower. RET% and RET% increased in thalassemia. Conclusion It is effectual method to differential analysis aneamia by using XE-2100 blood analyzer to analyzing reticulocyte.
