摘要
基于亚硝酸根-苯胺类化合物-2-萘酚重氮化-耦合反应体系对2-萘酚的荧光猝灭作用,建立了荧光猝灭法检测水中微量苯胺类化合物的新方法。方法的激发波长为353nm,发射波长为418nm。在所选定的实验条件下,测定苯胺、对硝基苯胺、邻硝基苯胺的线性范围分别为:0~640μg/L,0~720μ/L和0~740μ/L,检出限分别为0.0179、0.0205、0.0265mg/L。方法用于环境水样中的苯胺类化合物的测定,回收率为98%~103%。
A new fluorescence quenching method has been developed to determine micro anilines compound in water. It was based on the fluorescence quenching effect of the diazotization-coupling reaction of the nitrite -anilines compound -2-naphthol on 2-naphthol. The fluorescence intensity was measured at excitation and emission wavelengths of 353 nm and 418 nm, respectively. Under opti- mum conditions, the linear ranges of the working curves for aniline, p-nitroaniline and o-nitroaniline were 0 -640 μg/L, 0 -720 μg/L and 0 -740 μg/L, respectively, and their detection limits were 0. 017 9, 0. 020 5 and 0. 026 5 mg/L, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of micro anilines in environment water samples with satisfactory results. The recovery range was 98% - 103%.
