摘要
对流化床冷渣器分选器中的粗细物料分选机理进行了冷态试验,结果表明:当分选器内的表观速度达到细颗粒的终端速度后,细颗粒被大量扬析出分选器,而粗颗粒的夹带高度有限,从而实现粗细颗粒的分选;分选器的表观速度和稀相区物料浓度同时影响粗颗粒的夹带高度;分选器采取上大下小的扩径结构,可以在不降低表观速度的条件下降低粗颗粒的夹带高度。
Cold state test for classifying coarse and fine particles in the fluidized slag cooler under diffierent superficial velocities has been carried out. The results show that as follows: (1) When the superficial velocity is higher than the terminal velocity of fine parti- cles, a great amount of the fine particles will be elutriated from the classfier, while the coarse particles will be fluidized at the bottom part, but the carrying hieght of course particles is limited, hence, the segregation of coarse and fine particles can be realized; (2) The carrying height of coarse particles can be influenced by both the superficial velocity and the concentretion of fine particles in the classifier; (3) enlarging the diameter in the dilute zone of the classifier can reduce the carrying height of the coarse particles.
