摘要
企业发展要靠忠诚于企业的员工,而企业员工的流失,特别是优秀员工、核心员工的流失将会给企业带来很大的负面作用。本文针对企业员工流失现象,分析了员工流失对企业的影响,剖析了员工流失的主要原因,在此基础上提出了降低企业员工流失率的有关对策。
The development of an enterprise is necessarily dependent on the employees' loyalty to the enterprise, whose drainage, especially competent employees' and core employees', will impose drastically negative effect on enterprise. This paper, as for this drainage of employees, analyses its effect on enterprises and major reasons. Based on the above analysis, some related countermeasures are proposed to decrease the drainage rate of enterprise employees.
