摘要
主要研究磷脂酶D在UV-B辐射诱导气孔关闭中的作用.结果显示:UV-B辐射能够诱导蚕豆气孔关闭.磷脂酶D的专一性抑制剂,1-正丁醇能够逆转UV-B辐射诱导的气孔关闭;1-正丁醇能够部分逆转SNP(NO外源供体)诱导的气孔关闭.结果表明:磷脂酶D可能参与了UV-B辐射诱导的蚕豆气孔关闭,且磷脂酶D可能介导了一氧化氮(NO)在UV-B辐射诱导气孔关闭中的作用.
The role of phospholipase D in the UV - B-induced stomatal closure was studied. The result showed that : UV - B radi- ation can induce the stomatal closure. Application of 1 -butanol, a selective inhibitor of phdoH production by PLD, partially prevented UV - B - induced stomatal closure ; 1 -butanol can partially reverse SNP-indueed ( exogenous NO donor) stomatal closure. The results indicated that phospholipase D may be involved in UV - B-induced stomatal closure, and the phospholipase D may be mediated the role of NO in the UV - B-induced stomatal closure.
