摘要 目的探讨中期因子(midkine,MK)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测88例胃癌及其相应癌旁组织中的MK表达情况,并结合临床病理进行统计学分析。结果MK在胃癌组织中高表达(表达率为77.3%),且明显高于癌旁组织。MK的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及临床分期具有统计学意义上的相关性,与胃癌肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移无统计学意义上的相关性。结论MK可能与胃癌的发生、发展有关,能反映出胃癌组织的恶性程度及侵袭能力。 Objective To study the expression of midkine in gastric cancer and the relationship with biological behaviors. Methods Immunohistochemical SP technique was used to detect the expression of MK in 88 cases of gastric cancer and paratumor tissues around gastric cancers. Results The expression of MK in cancer specimens was significantly higher than that in the relevant panatumor tissues. The correlation was observed between the expression of MK and degree of cellular differentation, invasive extent and clinical stage. Whereas, there was no significant relation observed with gross size and metastasis node. Conclusion MK protein may play a role in tumorgenesis and/or progression in gastric cancer. Moreover, MK protein seems to reflect the progression stage of gastric cancer.
