摘要
介绍了矿粒在管道中的运动特性，分析了影响选矿厂输浆管磨损的水力条件、矿石、腐蚀等三大因素。指出降低磨损的措施有：控制矿浆输送压力、矿浆浓度、粒度组成；采用耐磨材料；合理添加缓蚀剂；加强管理，避免不必要的损耗等。
This paper introduces the moving characteristic of ore grain in tube,analyses the three effect factors of hydraulic condition,ore movement and corrosive action on transportation tube wear of concentration plant.This paper also points out the measures for decreasing wear of transportation tube are as following:controlling transportation pressure of ore pulp,controlling thickness of ore pulp,controlling composition of ore grain;taking resistance to wear material for tube,adding reasonable suffer solution and strengthening production management,etc.
