叙述了用于汽车工业的机器人点焊电源系统,机器人机械本体控制系统与智能点焊电源的通讯和点焊电源的故障自诊断接口的线路结构、工作原理及机器人与点焊电源的通讯的时序,同时对接口线路提出改进方案。
It is mainly introduced that circuit composition work principle of robot spot welding powersource system for automobile industry, control system of robot machine part, communication of robot spotwelding power source and trouble self-diagnose joint of spot welding power source. Communication timeorder of spot welding power source is introduced. Improve plan for joint circuit is put forward.
