摘要
目的探讨了HMGI-C基因的表达与子宫肌瘤瘤体大小之间的关系。方法120例子宫肌瘤标本及临近的正常子宫肌层标本来源于81名子宫肌瘤患者经子宫全切除术和子宫次全切除术的标本,通过RT-PCR和免疫组织化学方法分别检测子宫肌瘤和正常子宫肌层的HMGI-C基因蛋白的表达含量,并将其分为I组:HMGI-C表达阳性的子宫肌瘤组,II组:HMGI-C表达阴性的子宫肌瘤组,Ⅲ组:正常子宫肌层组。结果所有子宫肌瘤标本的直径范围在1.0~17.6cm。平均直径为7.5±0.24cm。有HMGI-C基因表达的子宫肌瘤标本的平均直径(12.1±2.9cm)明显大于无HMGI-C基因表达的子宫肌瘤标本的平均直径(6.9±3.0cm)(P=0.003)。根据全部标本的平均直径将子宫肌瘤标本分为直径>7.5cm的子宫肌瘤标本组和直径≤7.5cm的子宫肌瘤标本组,前者的HMGI-C基因的阳性表达比率也明显高于后者(P<0.001)。结论本实验提示HMGI-C基因在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达与肌瘤瘤体大小有明显的相关性,HMGI-C基因可能促进子宫肌瘤细胞的生长。
Objective The relationship between expression of HMGI-C and uterine leiomyomas size in uterine Leiomyomas. Methods A total of 120 cases UL specimens and the normal myometrium adjacent to the UL,were obtained from 81 patients under going myomectomy or hysterectomy.The expressi on of HMGI-C gene wasa detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochenmistry experiment from 66 UL and 54 normal myometrium.On the basis of these results,the specimens were categorized as HMGI-C positive UL group(goupl)and HMGI-C negative UL group(goupⅡ), normal myometrium group (goupⅢ).Results The maximum diameter of each UL was measured and the mean UL diameter was 7.5±0.24 cm with arange of 1.0± 17.6cm.The mean UL diameter among specimens of UL with expressi on group of HMGI-C gene was significandy greater than UL with non-expression group of HMGI-C (12.1±2.9cm versus 6.9±3.0cm;P=0.003).The diameter of UL〉7.5cm demonstrated a significantly higher proportion of HMGI-C positive expression when compared with UL of diameter ≤7.5cm (P〈0.001).Condusion There is a significant relationship existing between expression of HMGI-C gene and UL size and we suggest that the expression of HMGI-C gene might enhance the cells growth of UL.
