摘要
在分析钢丝绳缺陷漏磁场特性的基础上,研制了一种用单磁心单绕组磁通门元件制做的钢丝绳缺陷检测传感器,本文讨论了传感器的检测原理和接口电路结构。
A type of transducer made of single-core and single-winding flux gate component for wire ropes has been developed on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of leakage magnetic field of a wire rope. A discussion on inspection principle of the transducer and the structure of its interface circuit is given.
