摘要
以MATLAB为辅助工具,给出了摆动推杆盘形凸轮机构在基本推杆运动规律时的基本尺寸优化设计方法,使凸轮机构的体积和最大压力角达到最小。导出了相应的计算式,给出了分段函数、间断点时的处理办法及初始值的确定方法,为其它推杆运动规律如各种组合运动规律的优化设计打下了基础。
A method for optimizing the main dimensions of a cam-oscillating follower mechanism in common follower motions is presented with the MATLAB, which maximizes the cam volume and maximum pressure angles. The .equations are derived. The methods for handling piecewise functions, discontinuous functions and starting values are also given. And these are applicable to other follower motions for instance combination motions.
