摘要
通过对高校党团共建中存在问题的分析,结合新时期高校基层党团组织的特点,提出通过加强党团实践组建设,从组织建设、制度建设、队伍建设和阵地建设等方面创新党团共建的工作机制。
Through the analysis of the problems that appear in the cobuilding work of the Party and League in colleges and considering the features of university Party and League organizations in the new era, the paper suggests building a co-building working system of the Party and League from such aspects as organization buildup, system buildup, personnel buildup and position buildup, etc.
