摘要
近年来企业家激励在学术界和企业界引起广泛的关注和争论,并成为该理论的前沿课题。在分析企业家行为动因和相关激励理论的基础之上,综观考虑经济因素和非经济因素对企业家行为的影响,系统地阐述企业家的激励约束思想和方法。
In the recent years the circles of the enterprises and the learning have focused on the enterpriser motivation, so enterpriser motivation become a hot point. This paper definite what is the enterpriser motivation, expound the corpration bargain theory, manpower capital theory, consign-surrogaet theory, It analyzes mode and causes of the enterprise behaviors. On this basis expatiate the theorries and methodw of enterpriser matter-motivation, energy-motivation, esterior father restrictions and inside father rertrictions of emterprise.
