摘要
随着国民经济的飞速发展和建设社会主义新农村的要求,供电企业的用户对负荷需求、供电可靠性、电压质量和客户服务水平,提出了更高的要求。负荷水平的增长,负荷的峰谷差增大,使得系统的调压问题变得越来越困难,电压过高或过低的问题时有出现。因此,如何合理地调整电压,提高电网的电压质量和安全运行水平,是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务。
With the fast development of national economy and the demand of building socialistic new countryside, the customers of power supply enterprises require better services for load need, power supply reliability and voltage quality. The load level and the difference between peak and valley of load increasing, makes the system voltage adjusting difficult and the voltage higher or lower often appear. So how to adjust reasonably the voltage, improve grid voltage quality and the level of safe operation is an important task for us.
