摘要
为了提高绝缘水平,增大放电路径,有效防止雷击跳闸及污闪事故,解决10 kV配电线路易发生雷击闪络或雷击断线、污闪及其他原因闪络的问题,试验研究了配电线路防雷击、污闪的绝缘塔头和横担,并对针式绝缘子与绝缘横担的组合绝缘体进行了相关的电气和机械性能试验。试验结果表明,采用绝缘横担与绝缘子组合,可显著提高雷电闪络电压和污闪电压及配电网的安全运行水平和供电可靠性,简化配电线路带电作业程序。
In view of the problem that lighting flashover,lightning-caused line breaking,pollution flashover and the other flashover accidents were liable to occur on 10 kV distribution lines,The insulated tower top and cross arm which can prevent the lightning flashover and pollution flashover of distribution lines are experimentally researched.Results show that insulated tower top and cross arm could lengthen the discharge path and improve the insulation level,so that lightning trip-out and pollution flashover accidents could be effectively prevented.Moreover,electrical and mechanical properties of the combined insulator consisting of a pin insulator and insulated cross arm were tested.The results indicate that the lighting flashover voltage and pollution flashover voltage are greatly increased by using the combined insulator.And the safe operation level and reliability of distribution network were significantly improved.In addition,to the live working on the distribution lines,the procedure is simplified,and the security is improved.
