摘要
反映服务调用中存在的不确定性、克服已有服务质量计算方法的主观性和考虑各种影响服务质量因素内在联系为动机,从不同角度定义了服务调用的信誉度、可靠性和可用性三个因素。通过对服务调用的历史信息进行统计计算,得出各因素的值。根据模糊代数的相关方法,定义了计算多个因素联合贡献的算子,给出了一种无加权因子的Web服务质量计算函数。此方法不依赖于各影响因素的重要性,具有较好的可扩展性。
Actuated by motives such as reflecting the uncertainties existing in service invocations, conquering the sybjectivity of available measuring approachs quality of services, considering the internal relations among given factors, credibility, reliability, and availability of service invocation from different perspection is defined. By statistics historical information, the quantitative values of these factors can be obtained. According to the relevant fuzzy algebraic method, operator of compution more contributing factors is defined, given a funtion for measuring quality of Web service on unweighted factor. This approach is independent of the important of given factors and thus quite scalable.
