摘要
介绍了挖掘机无线遥控系统的组成,阐述了遥控操作的工作原理。采用直流伺服电机/丝杠代替手柄进行控制,并讨论了伺服电机的起动过程。根据直流电机的数学模型设计出了电机转速的控制系统。
The wireless remote control system for excavator is introduced. Meantime, the working principle of the remote operating is introduced. The D.C. servo-motor/lead-screw instead of hand lever control system is adopted, and the starting process of the servo-motor is discussed. Based on the mathematical module of the D.C. servomotor the rotate speed control system is designed.
