摘要
分析了上游人类活动对长江三角洲区域系统的影响，阐述了区域开发与生态环境协调发展的关系及优化原则，并提出了区域经济结构与环境质量的双向耦合优化方法，以研究区域经济、环境。社会的优化调适关系，从而实现可持续发展的战略目标．
Based on analysing the impacts of human activities in the upper reaches on the Yangtze River Dalta system,the relationship of harmonious development between regional opening up and eco-ecvironment and their optimization principles if discussed.In order to qpproach the harmonious adaptation among the regional economy,society and the environment,a two way coupling optimzation method beteen industrial economic structure and environmental quality is initiated.consequently,the sustainable development strategic goal could be achieved.
