摘要
目的研究广西藤茶提取物APS在体外对乙肝病毒(HBV)的作用。方法采用血清药理学方法,将APS含药血清作用于2.2.15细胞,收集细胞上清液,用MTT法测定细胞上清液中HBsAg、HBeAg的含量。结果APS含药血清对2.2.15细胞分泌的HBsAg、HBeAg有显著抑制作用。结论APS对2.2.15细胞分泌乙型肝炎病毒抗原有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the anti—HBV effect of APS. Methods Using MTT assay to investigate the inhibitions of APS mice —serum on 2.2.15 cells expressing HBsAg and HBeAg. Lamivudine was used as the positive control drug. Results The inhibition rate of APS mice—serum on 2.2. 15 cells expressing HBsAg and HBeAg was significant difference. Conclusion APS mice-serum can inhibit the HBsAg and HBeAg expression of 2.2. 15 cells .
