摘要
目的:研究加拿大杨树芽的化学成分。方法:用色谱方法分离加拿大杨树芽的乙酸乙酯提取物。结果:分离得到11个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据并与文献对照,分别鉴定为:球松素(pinostrobin,1)、白杨素(chrysin,2)、山柰素(kaempferol,3)、芹菜素(apigenin,4)、异鼠李素(isorham-netin,5)、异阿魏酸(isoferulicacid,6)、槲皮素(quercetin,7)、3-O-甲基槲皮素(3-O-methylquercetin,8)、咖啡酸((caffeicacid,9)、高良姜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(galangin-7-glucoside,10)、白杨素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(chrysin-7-glucoside,11)。结论:化合物3、5、8和10首次从该属植物中分离得到。
This is a study of the chemical constituents of P. canadensis Moench. buds. In the study, the constituents of P.canadensis buds were separated using different chromatographic techniques, and their structures unveiled based on spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 1)pinostrobin; 2)chrysin; 3)kaempferol; 4)apigenin; 5)isorhamnetin; 6)isoferulic acid; 7)quercetin; 8)3-O-methyl quercetin; 9)caffeic acid; 10)galangin-7-glucoside; and 11) chrysin-7-glucoside. It is worth mentioning that 3), 5). 8), and 10) were isolated from Populus L. for the first time.
