摘要 概述了薄膜的制备工艺以及提高低磁场磁致伸缩性能方面的研究进展,并展望了对超磁致伸缩薄膜的发展前景。 The preparing methods of the multilayers and the approaches of improving the magnetostrictive properties were reviewed, especially at a low magnetic field. The development prospects of giant magnetotrictive films were forecasted,
