摘要
主要研究了不同含量的Y对AM60镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入少量的Y后,合金的铸态组织得到了细化,网状的Mg_(17)Al_(12)相逐渐变为断续、弥散分布的骨骼状,同时也出现了块状的新相。随着Y含量的增加,AM60镁合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度及伸长率也都得到了明显的提高;当Y含量达到1.2%时,其力学性能最好;随着Y含量的增加,其力学性能降低。
The influence of yttrium addition on the mechanical properties and microstructure of AM60 magnesium alloy were investigated. The results show that the microstructure is refined and netted Mg17Al12 phase was transformed into the form of the skeleton which is dispersal and intermittent. In the same time, the new massive phases appear. The mechanical properties improve obviously with the increase of yttrium content; the mechanical properties are best when the content of yttrium is 1.2%; but the mechanical properties reduce with the further increase of yttrium content (〉 1.2%).
