摘要
目的:探讨胆必清颗粒对兔肠缺血再灌注(I/R)所致过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:大耳白兔夹闭肠系膜上动脉(时间1h)复制肠道I/R损伤模型。观察血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及组织中丙二醛和髓过氧化酶(MPO)的含量变化,并观察小肠、肝、肺的病理变化。结果:与对照组相比模型组MDA、SOD及MPO的含量升高。与模型组相比胆必清颗粒组MDA及MPO的含量均有所下降,SOD显著升高。胆必清颗粒组小肠、肝及肺的病理学变化明显优于模型组。结论:胆必清颗粒对兔肠缺血再灌注所致过氧化损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To explore the antioxidative activity of Danbiqing granules on the rabbits with ischemia/reperfusion. Methods: rabbits were divided into five groups randomly with 6 rabbits in each group. After three days treatment, I/R model was replicated by occluding superior mesenteric artery for one hour. The concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in plasma and in liver, kidney and intestine were determined at different times in all groups. The pathologic changes of the intestinal, hepatic and pulmonary tissues were observed. Results : Danbiqing granules had the effect of decreasing the concentration of MDA and MPO and increasing the level of SOD, its effect had dose-effect relationship. Pathological injuries were alleviated in Danbiqing groups. Conclusion: Danbiqing granules can produce protective effects on the rabbits with ischemia/reperfusion by increasing antioxidative activity.
