摘要
在分析传统瓦斯排放方法所存在缺陷的基础上,提出了一种瓦斯无超限自动排放方法,设计了一种基于变频调速技术的闭环型瓦斯排放系统,介绍了其基本构成和工作原理。该系统以排放出的瓦斯体积分数为参量,通过PID算法来调节局部通风机转速,实现了掘进工作面瓦斯的安全排放,保障了煤矿井下的生产安全。
Based on analyzing the defects from which traditional gas drainage suffers, the paper offers a new gas exhausting method without over-limitation and a closed-loop control system for gas exhausting based on frequency conversion technology. The paper goes on to introduce the composition and operation- al principle of gas exhausting control system. The system regards the gas volume fraction as the control parameters and regulates rotational speed of local fans by PID algorithm, thus making possible the safe gas drainage in the heading faces and ensuring the safe underground production.
