空间预警系统资源建模与效能评估

摘要 对于复杂、不确定的空间预警系统效能评估问题,首先建立了一个多层次的预警系统资源模型,并以此为基础,提出了基于专家知识的定性与定量相结合的评估指标体系。最后,结合层次分析方法建立了预警系统效能评估方法,对计算实例的分析表明了该方法的合理性。 For the complexity and uncertainty in the effectiveness evaluation of space early warning system,this paper develops a multi-layer resources model of the system, based on which an effectiveness evaluation index system of combined qualitative analysis with quantitative counting on the basis of expert knowledge is put forward. Finally,with the analytical hierarchy process, a method of space early warning system for the effectiveness evaluation is built,the results of the numerical example show that the method proposed is promising.
