摘要
实验室安全管理是实验室管理的重要组成部分,烹饪工艺实验室的安全管理具有自身的特点,它主要是对基础设施、实验材料、实验设备,尤其是安全使用炉灶和维护燃气管道方面的管理。因此,烹饪工艺实验室必须完善安全管理制度,强化安全教育,加强安全责任意识,动员参与实验的师生共同进行安全管理,掌握专业操作要领,杜绝各类不安全事故的发生,确保实验教学的正常运行。
Laboratory safety management, as an important part of laboratory management, takes on its own features, which mainly refer to the management of basic facilities, experiment material, experiment equipment and especially the safe application of stove and maintenance of gas pipes. Therefore, to ensure normal experimentation practices, further measures should be taken to improve safety management policy, intensify safety education, raise safety consciousness, call on cooperation between teachers and students for safety and better the mastery of manipulation directions.
