摘要
根据自身的业务结构特点,本文重点阐述了自2005年我院开始试用电子病历(EMR)以来,在实施过程中遇到的技术、病历书写质量等问题,及如何进行解决和纠正,并取得了较大的成效。
Electronic medical record（EMR） began to be used in our hospital in 2005. As a general hospital, we obey the principle of ＂the development meets the demand gradually; the demand promotes the development＂ and take EMR as the basic platform of clinical information system, and develop and perfect the doctor＇s workstation continually as well as other departmental systems gradually.
