高原训练对提高青年女排运动员体能测试水平的分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Highland Training in the Improvement of the Youth Women Volleyball Athletes' Physical Ability Test

摘要 在全国青年女排高原集训期间,对集训前后两次助跑摸高、五次连续摸高、6m×16次网下穿越移动、米字移动和800m跑进行了对比分析。研究发现,高原训练对于助跑摸高和五次连续摸高的提高具有重要的意义;也可以促进6m×16次网下穿越移动和米字移动的提高;800跑的成绩没有发现明显的提高;高原训练期间运动员的伤病情况明显增多。 During the highland training of nation-wide youth women volleyball athletes, it was contrasted and analyzed the results of twice jumping with run-up, five times continuous jumping, 6m×16 times moving under net, MI word moving and 800m run both before and after the training. The research discovered that highland training has significantly improve the resuits of jumping with run-up and five times continuous jumping; it also improved the 6m × 16 times moving under net and MI word moving while there is no particular improvement of 800m run result. Furthermore, during the highland training, the number of athletes' injuries has obviously increased.
