摘要
通过对某车型车门用ATOS设备进行扫描,利用CAD软件对测得点云数据进行处理,建立起车门的数字模型。再通过CAD/CAE接口,将车门的CAD模型导入到有限元软件ANSYS中进行有限元分析,主要是下沉刚度分析,结果表明门窗玻璃下边缘和车门左上角变形较大,可以考虑对局部加强,为改进设计提供科学依据。
Based on the data measured by ATOS,the geometrical model of automobile door is build by CAD software.Further,the sinkage stiffness of the door is analyzed by using FEM,the result indicates that the deformation is graver near the top left comer of the door and the lower edge of the window,these parts should be enforced to optimize the structure.The analysis provide theory basis to improve the design of automobile door.
