摘要
目的:探讨城镇化进程中失地农民自我效能感对其生活质量的影响,以探寻帮助失地农民提高其生活质量水平的方法与途径;方法:采用生活质量综合评定问卷和一般自我效能感量表对失地农民进行问卷调查;结果:失地农民的自我效能感对其生活质量有显著的正向预测性;失地农民的个体变量因素也主要通过自我效能感影响其生活质量的水平;结论:应努力提高失地农民的自我效能感,增强其提升生活质量的内在动力。
Objective： Explored the influence on the Quality of Life of the Land-losing Farmers by their sense of General Self-efficacy in order to find the way to improve their Quality of life; Methods： used the General Self-efficacy Scale and GQOLI-74 investigated the land-losing farmers; Results：The sense of General Self-efficacy has positive preditation to Quality of life significantly;Conclusion：The sense of self-efficacy of Land-losing Farmer should be improved energetically.
